DELIVERIES
Davell delivers throughout the Greater Sydney Area with our own delivery teams and ships nationwide via specialist furniture transport companies who blanket wrap each product to ensure they arrive in pristine condition.
The customer is responsible for any delivery outside the Greater Sydney area or we can arrange transport on your behalf and on-charge the cost.
Quoted delivery price is to ground floor only.
It is your responsibility to advise us prior to delivery if the goods are required on higher than ground floor level and the availability of a goods lift.
If it is required to place the goods on a higher floor without a goods lift a separate charge will be incurred.
PACKING
A packing charge will apply for goods transported intra or interstate where removalists are not used.
PALLET CHARGE
A minumum charge of $65.00 + GST pallet charge will apply for a standard 1170mm x 1170mm pallet.
Custom-made pallets available upon request, price POA.
PAYMENT TERMS
Payment prior to goods being dispatched or collected.
A 50% deposit may also be required.
Credit approved account customers terms are 30 days from month end.
PRODUCT VARIATION
Davell Products Pty Limited reserves the right to alter product specifications at our discretion.
WARRANTY
Please refer to our warranty details on our website homepage.
SERVICE CALLS
Service calls will be charged at an hourly rate of $100.00 +GST. (one hour minimum) plus travelling time.
POWDER COAT FINISH
All our products are finished in scuff and scratch resistant thermoset powder coat.

Select up to any three colours per order (included in unit price)
Each additional colour will incur a surcharge of $70.00 +GST per order - Davell’s Premium Powder Coat Colour Range
Price on Application
Dependant on quantity and choice of colour - Dulux Powder Coat Colours not in Davell’s Colour Range
Dulux colours, not in the Davell standard colour range, will incur a minimum surcharge of $300.00 +GST
